Poster Sessions

The Poster Session showcases plant production research as well as practical or new propagation or production ideas. Consider preparing a poster on cool things you do in your company, some new production or propagation process or a new piece of equipment. We have a step-by-step guide to help you through the process: HERE. We’ll even print the poster for you and get it to the conference – doesn’t get easier than that! To present a poster, email ippser@gmail.com.

Conference Auctions

Help us make this year's silent and live auctions a success as well as a great time! Whether you can attend the conference in the Chicago area or not, your contribution of items for the auction are needed. Unique, new and rare plants are especially welcomed. Non-plant items such as books, caps, artwork, gift certificates or something special from your hometown or business make great contributions as well. To donate an item, email ippser@gmail.com.

New Plant Forum

Consider presenting a plant(s) in the New Plant Forum! This can either be a new introduction, or an existing cultivar or species which you feel is under-appreciated and wish to draw attention to. If you are unable to attend, but still wish to contribute, someone will present your plant for you. If you have plants to present, contact at ippser@gmail.com.

Time to Connect and Unwind

IPPS conferences afford you the time to connect with old friends, make new ones and learn from each other. We'll kick off the conference with a Welcome Reception after a day of touring some of the local industry members. We will help coordinate dinner groups to follow the reception. Join a membership committee group or make your own!

Silent Auction

Join the friendly competition of the Silent Auction during Wednesday and Thursday, then up the ante at the Live Auction that is part of our banquet Thursday evening. You’ll also find time to connect during coffee breaks, poring over posters, or during our cocktail hour Thursday night. You just never know where those connections might lead!

The IPPS Eastern Region has negotiated a group hotel block near the Morton Arboretum. Details will be released soon.
