Ohio Area Meeting

The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden will host an IPPS-ER area meeting on Tuesday, August 20th. Tour the zoo's many and varied garden exhibits, listen to top-notch speakers then tour Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum to round out the day.  

Speakers include Rick Grazzini, Executive Director of Garden Genetics on Plant Breeding and Grower Profitability;  Valerie Pence, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and Center for Research of Endangered Wildlife on Saving Plant Species Through Propagation, Megan Philpott, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Center for Research of Endangered Wildlife on Cryogenic Preservation of Seeds; Jeff Martindell, Decker’s Nursery on Foliar IBA Hormone Cost Analysis and Results;  Steve Foltz, CZBG, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden: Our Role as a Botanical Garden;  and Ben Hughes, AG 3, Inc., Tissue Culture Research & Development Updates.
