IPPS members and representatives of their employers may submit job opportunities for posting on the IPPS Job Opportunities page.
- The format must comply to our website layout. A single PDF not exceeding 500KB will be acceptable for download, or a link to the company’s website.
- The file must contain the job title, job location (city, state/province, country), description, contact information, and all other pertinent information.
- Members can only advertise on the IPPS Regional website with whom they are registered with.
- Postings are free of charge.

Grower: Mt. Cuba Center
The Grower is responsible for all aspects of the daily care and maintenance of a diverse collection of native plants in our greenhouse and outdoor nursery growing areas. They produce herbaceous and woody plants for use in our gardens, plant sales program, external conservation partnerships, and nursery industry. The Grower coordinates staff, students, and volunteers to perform plant maintenance tasks, operating under the guidance of the Greenhouse and Nursery Manager. They work efficiently on detail-oriented tasks to ensure plants are maintained to the high standard of Mt. Cuba Center, with emphasis placed on data collection and organization of plant records in all phases of production.
Spring Meadow Nursery Production Intern position
Responsible for assisting department and assistant managers across all three phases of the production cycle. This role involves helping with day-to-day tasks, data collection, inventory tracking, IPM planning, etc. that are needed during the growing season. Interns will rotate time mainly between three departments, propagation, growing, and Stock/R&D, with exposure potential in Shipping, Marketing, and Breeding
Spring Meadow Nursery Assistant Manager- Propagation Production
The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing production lines on a daily basis. Must ensure all equipment is functioning properly to produce high quality product. Frequent communication with Propagation Manager to relay information regarding equipment status and labor needs. Recommends processes to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products. Proposes solutions to Propagation Manager to enhance production processes established.
Hampshire Farms is hiring 2026 Summer Interns
Hampshire Farms in Hampshire, Illinois is now hiring summer interns. This is a hands-on paid internship to learn and experience the green industry by working in a professional production greenhouse facility to achieve scholastic, professional, and personal goals. Intern will work directly with growers, inventory, production, shipping, R&D, and maintenance & facilities to experience what it takes to be successful in a large-scale wholesale production greenhouse.
